Craft/Business Vendors
FEE: $45 per space. Payable by check no later than September 15th, 2025. We will make every attempt to give you the same spot if you have been with us before but can not guarantee. No limit to the number of spaces you may purchase. If purchasing multiple spaces, they will be assigned side-by-side. You can request electronic invoice.
SPACE: 10’ x 10’ (no electricity). Bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. Vendors must stay within their assigned space. Small children must be always attended. Vendors are responsible for providing weights for their tents, as well as cleaning and disposal of all trash from their area. **Our field can be like a wind tunnel Weights are mandatory

Food Truck Vendors
Must submit Menu and Health Department Certificate and payment to have spot confirmed
CANCELLATIONS: This event takes place rain or shine. The rental fee is refundable until September15, 2025.
SET-UP: 9-11 am on Saturday, October 4, 2025, on the GBIA Carnival Grounds. Vendors may pull onto the GBIA parking lot to unload but must move to street or garage parking no later than 11 am. The GBIA parking lot will close to the public at 11 am.
FOOD: Refreshments will be on sale throughout the event from the food trucks and other table vendors. You may not prepare any food at these stands – if you want to prepare any product you must sign up as a food truck.
